Dunhill cigarettes are a brand of cigarettes manufactured in Cuba by Cubatabaco for Alfred Dunhill since 1982. Many smokers will agree that the taste of Dunhill cigarettes remains unchanged for a long time, which cannot be said about many other brands. Here it can be noted that the manufacturer himself performs product quality control, tobacco has subtle taste characteristics.
Most smokers opt for Dunhill cigarettes because the tobacco is well dried and processed. The manufacturer understands that the taste of a cigarette can spoil the air and moisture, so he thinks over the packaging to the smallest detail. These are not only good-tasting cigarettes, but also a good detail that can emphasize the style and status of a person.
Alfred Dunhill is the founder of a dynasty of entrepreneurs who opened his tobacco shop in 1907. Now the company is divided into two components – Alfred Dunhill Pipes Ltd., engaged in tobacco, and its division, which produces perfumes, accessories and other things. Until 1982, the company produced cigars and cigarettes; much attention was paid to pipes and pipe tobacco, which could be mixed right in the store. These products are still in production and the range is available in many countries.
All varieties have an identical filter, consisting of acetate fiber and coal chips, through which bitter smoke is felt. Cigarettes have the taste of tobacco with prunes, but not concentrated, but rather the opposite. In 1998 Dunhill Honduran Selection cigars with a green ribbon were introduced, produced at the Tabacos San Andres factory in Danlí, Honduras. For their production there was used a mixture of Dominican, Mexican and Brazilian tobaccos.
What are Dunhill cigarettes? “Cigar history” Dunhill began at the beginning of the last century. In 1907, Alfred Dunhill’s Dunhill tobacco shop, which had just opened in London on Duke Street, sold pipes and cigars, later accessories were added to them. Over the years, the range of Dunhill stores has shaped the tastes of European smokers. For the first time at Alfred Dunhill Ltd. thought about creating its own brand in the 1970s. In 1977, lengthy negotiations began with the Cuban company Cubatabaco, which lasted almost five years. Finally, in 1982, an agreement was reached. The first Dunhill cigarettes made in Cuba were introduced to smokers in 1984. In the same year, Dunhill cigarettes were already supplied to other countries of the world.
